Right of withdrawal and returns

Returned products must be handled only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning
For health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return once their seal has been removed after delivery, where this exception applies under applicable law. This may apply to certain cosmetic and personal care products. Your statutory rights regarding defective, damaged or non-conforming goods are not affected.
Refunds
